March 2017: Nearly two weeks ago, Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano was reportedly pulled from the air for making baseless claims that British intelligence officials spied on Donald Trump in 2016 at the request of then-President Barack Obama.
On Wednesday morning, Napolitano returned to the network, making an appearance on “Fox & Friends.” His first order of business? Doubling down on the claims that got him suspended in the first place.
Host Bill Hemmer asked Napolitano whether he stood by his March 14 report that Obama “went outside the chain of command” to request that Britain’s Government Communications Headquarters, or GCHQ, wiretap Trump Tower. At the time, Napolitano said he had based his charge on three “intelligence sources” but did not name them.
“Yes, I do, and the sources stand by it,” Napolitano told Hemmer on Wednesday. “
Which then leads to the ultimate question: How to get out of the [Obama] box?
One means of doing so could be for Trump to issue a blanket pardon to Obama once the SHTF, the IG report is released and more of the DOJ information is released publicly. Releasing the information that has been withheld from Congress will provide some cover for action against anyone up to Obama - but Obama’s support is visceral in those (many) who do support him, and is significantly (though not exclusively) race based. They don’t care what he did - what laws he violated, what totalitarianism he brought into our system, to them it’s all justified to prevent the Hell on Earth that Trump represents to them.
Once the information is released, should Trump pardon Obama, and take him off the table...pretty much everyone else up to him becomes fair game. And I don’t see anyone torching cities over Loretta Lynch, John Brennan or James Comey...or even Hillary Clinton.

Frankly, I’m rather shocked to the depth of which the Clintons were embedded with Russian money. I had no idea it was so bad. The reason Zero’s so quiet is because he’s apparently smart enough to not raise his head into a fusillade of fire, but the truth will seek him out as well, complicit little shiat that he is.

The “tear the country apart” argument is much like the “too big to fail” argument. These slogans are trotted out every time they need to avoid punishment for MASSIVE CRIME. Basically, they are saying “Put the little people in jail for crime, but for me and my gigantic, audacious crime, I should go free, because my “insurance policy” will be the fallout from putting me in jail.
No. Let the chips fall. Whatever happens, we will recover and be stronger for it. To allow this to happen time after time, is to allow it to escalate. Rip the bandage off NOW.
The number one reason why they can threaten that “it will tear the country apart” is because they have bought and paid for the riots. Shut that down and the repercussions will be minimal.
“It will tear the country apart” = “Just wait until your father gets home”. I.e., “I got nothin’, but I’m hoping the scary-sounding threat will coerce you into doing what I say.
Hannity had guy from The Hill on who has a list of FBI agents willing to expose the corruption and let th American people know the truth after IG report comes out.
Our dream is possible; Obama, Jarrett, Comney, Brennan, Clapper and others charged. Imprisoned hopeflly, and with Clintoons.
Perhaps that will be the time for President Trump to declare martial law; it would be well within his authority to do so.
Let him call the so-called “black leadership” to the WH and feature live video feeds from Apache gunships in position over all of the major urban centers and he lets them know that any attempts to riot or otherwise disturb the peace will result in massive suppression of said activity.
Anybody out after curfew will be shot on sight — let the .30 caliber shells fall like rain
