That is not exactly a "range." Anthony Kennedy's court has managed to reinvent the Constitution so that its sole purpose is defending sexual misbehavior. A reasonable Supreme Court will toss this madness out the window.

That would in effect could reinforce the 10th amendment and would stop anybody like Obama in their tracks.

It would be great to get new Supreme Court justices who will not stray from the Constitution. Ginsberg is being pumped full of formaldehyde to keep going and I’m not confident McConnell will be of much help.
