I miss the days when former high officials (presidential aides, CIA directors, etc.) would just shut up and quietly retire. Now everyone has a criticism about everything. Professional behavior is out the door.

Duh, they want to interview him because he is bashing POTUS Trump.
It all comes down to Comey. Bannon wanted Trump to keep Comey on as the FBI Director, and Kushner advised Trump to fire the swamp snake. Trump’s thinking aligned with Kushner’s, and Bannon’s been on a butthurt tear ever since.
Not everyone close to Trump. Sessions suddenly stopped getting questioned about anything once he recused himself. Nobody's subpoenaing his records or raiding his home.
I never understood that-—Bannon saying that firing Comey was a mistake.(Unless he knew what Sessions/rosenstein/mueller had planned) Comey should have been fired day one along with 1000’s of other O’muslim loyalists.
