“it appears that Conraad Hoever (child rapist) has written and filed several legal petitions.”

I found four that made it to the court system!

Actually the ‘bible’ was a minor point in his original petition which include:

Not having access to his research materials for his court cases

Denied adequate nutrition

Not having access to his friends

Another time in solitary it was similar but he also claimed denied access for medical treatment for his ‘hurt knee’.

Again you are avoiding the point.

You were asked, and you avoided answering the following question: “What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred? That means any sin. Your sin, his sin, your neighbor’s sin, your pastor or priest’s sin, the Apostle Paul’s sin, anyone’s sin. (Hint: you’ll find it in the book of Romans in the sixth chapter. Among other places.)

But tell me then, in your opinion what is your biggest sin? And what sin(s) have you committed today?

And then tell me from Scripture what the penalty for your biggest sin and the sins you have committed today is.

Then tell me from scripture if the penalty for your sin(s) would be any more or any less if you HAD raped a child...

And while you’re at it, explain why you are a Pharisee without sin and holding a big rock.. (You should understand the reference. If you don’t, ask and I’ll point you to the passage alluded to.)

“And then tell me from Scripture what the penalty for your biggest sin and the sins you have committed today is.”

I have committed no sin that would cause me to be convicted and sentenced to prison.

I see you apply circuitous thought to the question response process. Either that or you are a parrot repeating back the question in belief that you have responded properly.

Since I note that you have not answered, and in fact totally avoided answering the question I will reiterate. Once again so that you are sure to see it this time, the question was: “What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred?”

Deflection and avoidance is a liberal technique. Either that or a Joel Osteen tactic. But I repeated myself. And by the way, the answer to this question is not a hidden theological concept. It is quite clearly answered.

You HAVE read Romans, yes?

You answered the simple question ““What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred?” by not answering the question. Do you know the answer to that simple theological query?

Now you’re running off on another avoidance maneuver. You were asked “And then tell me from Scripture what the penalty for your biggest sin and the sins you have committed today is.” Your reply to this was “I have committed no sin that would cause me to be convicted and sentenced to prison.” which may well be a true statement but it is not an answer to the question.

Have you sinned today? And irrespective of the sin(s) anyone else in the world has committed, is committing, or will commit, if you have sinned (see 1 John 1:8) what is the penalty for YOUR sin?

As I told someone else, deflection and avoidance is a liberal technique. Either that or a Joel Osteen tactic. But I repeated myself. And by the way, the answer to this question is not a hidden theological concept. It is quite clearly answered.

You interposed yourself into a theological discussion. You were asked a simple theological question. You have avoided answering that question. Either you do not know the answer or you do not like the answer and thus are continuing to avoid and deflect.

The theological reasoning has nothing to do with the laws of Florida, Texas, New Jersey, the United States, or any other legal entity. THAT portion of the ‘argument’ has been adjudicated and the child rapist IS locked up and serving whatever sentence the earthly authorities have deemed is appropriate, whether or not you agree with their decision.

Since you have enjoined the theological discussion, let’s try this again as an attempt to ascertain the level of your theological understanding. The question is a simple question as theological questions go. It is readily answered from Scripture yet you either refuse to or cannot answer even when one of many possible locations was suggested.

The simple question still on the table is: “What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred?”

(You DO realize that this exchange has nothing to do with this child rapist, yes? It does, however, have a lot to do with Pharisaical types who think THEIR sin is scented with rosewater. Thus the question you have been asked is a generic question that applies to everyone - and in that sense it is also a personal question that applies to you. What is YOUR answer?)

Still avoiding, right? Either that or you have difficulty comprehending the English language.

Which is it - you do not know the answer, you do not like the answer, or you do not understand the question?

Please note, since you ignored it in your reply that this theological reasoning has nothing to do with the laws of Florida, Texas, New Jersey, the United States, or any other legal entity. Since your Biblical knowledge seems severely lacking, as a hint look in Romans chapter 6 for one answer.

” “What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred?””

There is only one sin and only one sin is required.

Q: “What is the penalty for sin and how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred?””

Your A: “There is only one sin and only one sin is required.”

I don’t see in your answer a response to the first portion of the question. In case you missed it (again) that part asks “What is the penalty for sin?”

Assuming that your reply that only one sin is required is to the portion of the question that asks “how many sins are required before that penalty is incurred” you are correct.

What did you say the penalty for sin is again?

Read it again Sam. I agree that you are correct in your answer to the second part of the question.

You have not answered the first part thus your comment that you know the answer is unverified. and your comment that I know you know the answer is presumptuous.

Again the still unanswered-by-you question was: “What is the penalty for sin?”

SO, try again.

That I was able to answer one part verifies that I know the other.

Your grasp of logic is tenuous.

The ability to answer a portion of a two part question does not automatically equate to the ability to answer the second part. Knowing that breaking a law invokes a penalty is not synonymous with knowing what that penalty is. To use an example from the world of cops and speeders, you may know that going 75 mph in a marked 40 mph zone will cost you if Joe Cop samples you with his radar tongue, but it does not mean that you know what the fine schedule is.

Proving your knowledge of the one part by your statement does not equate to verification that you know the unsupported-by-evidence-answer to the remainder since proof of such knowledge has not been entered on the record.

The as-yet-unanswered question remains: “What is the penalty for sin?”

You must be real fun when called to testify...
