No, even impeachment is not enough. Clinton got impeached and was merely censured.
You have to impeach, and then remove him from office. Censure doesnt do anything.
Once removed from office a president is open to lawsuits and crimimal charges.

During the campaign, Trump boasted he could shoot someone in broad daylight in Manhattan and folks would still vote for him.
Extreme hyperbole upsets liberals. Perhaps because they miss the fact Trump is boasting. New Yorkers are used to it.
