I think also they are pointing out that Trump was elected by the majority of the population or if you will, the electorate. Meaning that one pissant so-called prosecutor cannot take him out of office. That pissant prosecutor would be going against the will of the people who elected him.

My grandfather once shot an elephant in his pajamas.

We’re not sure how the elephant got hold of his pajamas or how he got into them.

I guess one leg at a time.

Back when insults to one’s honor were settled with pistols at dawn, that would have been a real possibility, so I’m sure the founders planned for it.

Giuliani is both legally correct, and politically astute in this matter.

He is serving his President admirably and is taking the perfect approach with Mueller and those in government who want POTUS subject to trivial legalities.

A sitting President is, really, above the law.

Only a never-Trumper who does not value the Constitution could not see it.

It isn’t madness. It is the Constitution. This is what keeps the 2 bit prosecutors in wherever from doing a “Ham Sandwich” indictment of a sitting president for whatever.

Tom DeLay was taken down because the Travis County prosecutor indicted him on charges that were later thrown out of court. But that happened a couple years later, after zillions in legal fees, and after he had been forced out of leadership by the indictment.

Once impeached, and convicted and removed from office, then the ex-president can be indicted and tried for whatever is necessary.

Sure, but being impeached is a lot better than being criminally charged for murder.

Sounds like old age has loosened some of Rudi’s screws.

No I think he’s technically correct.....but the congress would have impeached him so fast and the senate would have voted to remove him so quickly that once done, he would have been subject to arrest and trial after he was forced from office.

Yes. Melodrama for the sake of melodrama.
Now that Rudy has everyone’s attention, what next?
Hopefully no “clarification”.

Shooting Comey. Now that is a thought that needs exploring.

Yeah really. If Trump can shoot Comey and not get indicted, then what's he waiting for?

The deep state has Trump surrounded. Right where he wants them. He ducks and they die in a circular firing squad. And he saves his ammo.

“Sounds like old age has loosened some of Rudi’s screws.”

Rudy has become a sad clown. All he does is make sloppy and contradictory comments which reflect poorly on the whole administration.

Thank God he wasn’t appointed to a real position.

And if he shot Comey then had the SS machine-gun the whole Congress, nobody could touch him - for ever....
