This begs the bigger question no one is asking. Why would the Former FBI Deputy Director need to ask for immunity in the first place. FBI agents and senior staff should not be breaking laws.

McCabe holds all the cards. Don’t give him immunity and he’ll invoke the fifth. Give him immunity and he won’t remember his own name. With that stooge Sessions and his henchman Rosenweasel McCabe has zero fear of any real prosecution.

I said that one of the top boys or girls at DOJ/FBI would flip. It was only who would be the first, because the first gets immunity and the rest get subpoenas and bubkises (nothing) and Tsouras (sorrow, not George).
McCabe can take down Weissman, Strzok/Page, the Ohrs, Comey and even Rosenstein.

#16. The terms of a good immunity agreement means that he CANNOT take the 5th, I don’t recall, etc. He would have to testify to every question with no hesitation or caveats (unless it would be something that had to be heard in Executive Session).
I’m willing to be fair and merciful; for every co-conspirator he helps to put away, let’s shave a year off his consecutive lifetime sentences.
The senate and congressional committees have seen the audit trail of McCabes activities, so they really do not need him to sugar coat his role in trying to swing an election to Hillary, while she was collecting millions of dollars through her family’s foundation for corresponding duties at State. With all the documents now available, maybe McCabe can just answer the questions presented as documents are shown to him, while evidence showing his part of an intelligence coup and his FBI racket trying to protect Obama, Lynch and the anti-American crew from the last administration is exposed for breaking laws hundreds of times spying on political opponents.
