That is where I start in assessment of all of these media women. There is something deeply rotting inside of them that keeps them concentrated on the Trump women and their classiness and very pretty faces. The Trump women have done nothing to merit this nastiness but they are a rebuke to the empty, vacant, lives of those who have sold their own self respect and common sense to the various money providers that they work for. Donald Trump and Melania Trump have a marriage that works for them and Melania is the object of the evil jealousy that is eating liberal and fake Republicans alive. Melania will continue to live her life in a productive manner and her detractors will continue to be bitter, ugly, jealous individuals with not much to be happy about in their own lives.
THis is the endgame in the communists attacking on western culture. Good is bad, up is down... undermine language and meaning and you undermine culture and disrupt scociety. The problem is that we have institutionalized this attack on our culture and society in our tenured faculty and our tenured spokesbabes, male as well as female.
The good news is that more and more people are tuning them out because their words don’t connect to our culture and our society. It is a bit like communicating with Martians. There is no shared experience and so nothing to talk about.

That this is even controversial is an indictment of our society (or at least of the media who criticize it).
Donald Trump is not misogynistic. If anything, he like women too much. It has caused him to be unfaithful because he is too attracted to beautiful women.
As for his wife and daughter being dead inside - dead in what way? Certainly it is not spiritually dead. That sort of death is for those who choose to deny the existence of God or who are disrespectful of believers, especially as regards faithful Christians and Jews. When one is filled with hate, the soul dies bit by bit. That is the danger of unfettered liberalism, which puts government and humanistic goals ahead of God.
