Teach a wise man and he will be wiser but the fool hates correction.

I don’t know Obama so I may be wrong but he strikes me as someone who is too smart to learn. Trump strikes me as someone willing to learn from the best and the least a like (again, without knowing him).

Indiana University basketball coach Bob Knight coached Rodman on the Olympic team. You would think that Knight would have little use for Rodman. On the contrary, Knight had nothing but praise for Rodman as a player. Said that his effort during the game was relentless, he was the best natural rebounder he’d ever coached. Go figure.

That is the worst thing about so called news people and journalists these days is they seem to do zero prep. Which makes them appear incredibly stupid often. Even those I somewhat like will embarrass themselves with a lack of knowledge that even a 5 minute search would cure. Stunningly stupid is what most of them are, and it shows.

“But I am considering what if. What if Rodman had such an influence on Kim Jong Un so as to avert a nuclear holocaust by bringing Kim together with President Trump?”

It’s possible. The whole Rodman - Kim Jong Un relationship is bizarre. Anyone know the background story on that?

Very impressive interview is right.

Thank you Dennis Rodman!

Trump should give him a medal.

I remember seeing a program one time that discussed how Trump would get out and spend time talking with construction workers on his projects. He wanted to hear from them and learn how to do the job better. Not many billionaires do that.

He taught his children to be that way too. They know how to operate almost all the construction equipment on a job site. They’re involved with the people doing the jobs.

Trump treated rodman with respect on The Apprentice even though rodman had a few roman-type episodes. I believe they became friends or respected one another. Then Rodman went to NK. It is a coincidence that trump became president and he could take advantage of rodman and Un’s relationship, something Obama didn’t have the brain or balls to do.

I found this from the Daily Mail:

Rodman’s friendship with the North Korean leader is believed to date back to 2013 when the former NBA player traveled to North Korea with Vice Media reporter Ryan Duffy to host a series of exhibition basketball games in February 2013.

Rodman met with Kim and declared him to be his ‘friend for life’ and an ‘awesome guy’ after they bonded while in the country.

He later stated in an interview with Good Morning Britain: ‘I hang out with him all the time. We laugh, we sing karaoke, we do a lot of cool things together like skiing and riding horses.’

“I believe they became friends or respected one another”

Thanks, I never saw the apprentice. That would explain the MAGA hat...;)

Apparently Kim Jong Un went to high school in Switzerland under an alias and became enamored watching the NBA in general, and the Chicago Bulls (with Michael Jordan and Dennis Rodman) in particular. He is a big fan of the Bulls.

Who knew?!

ps. Great interview!

“Thank you Dennis Rodman!

If things work out, he may just receive the nobel peace prize. You know they won’t give it to Trump and Kim maybe a bridge too far...

More pieces to the puzzle. That would help explain Kim’s interest in Rodman....Small world. Or should I say bizzaro world.

Also, when “The Interview” came out, T thought that Kim Jung Un’s portrayal was hilarious, and was a little worried how he would take it— but not now.

I liked that he was not wearing a MAGA hat, but a hat that spelled out Make America Great Again. Cuomo could not make out what the words said so he asked him. The camera pulled in and focused on the words while Rodman said “Make America great again.”

All Cuomo could say at that point was, “Oh yeah. I see it.”

Excellent!

I’m calling this earlier....In the spirit of the 1980s Time “Man of the Decade” awarding stupidity, the Nobel committee will give the Peace Prize to Rocket Man.

If things work out, he may just receive the nobel peace prize.

I think the MAGA hat probably ruined his chances for that. Anyway, I meant a REAL medal. He might even deserve the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
