In the long ago and far away what idiot thought it was a good idea for the FBI to model its interview process after England’s Star Chambers? The past existence of the star chamber was well known to the Founders and was a cause of Revolution and of ghe Bill of Rights.
I assume so, but more knowledge is not always an advantage. law violations and refusing congress should be punished. Just like they could have indicted Hillary based upon Comey’s report. What knowledge makes that not something that should have been done. You don’t call someone a criminal for 14 months and then let them walk around free.

Rosenstein needs to be impeached for obstructing justice. But if 60 Senate votes are needed to toss him, then that is never going to happen.
Sessions has recused himself from campaign related decisions, but there is no reason why Sessions cannot fire Rosenstein for obstructing a Congressional investigation. Sessions is looking worse and worse by the day. This is HIS department, yet he is allowing Justice to flagrantly obstruct Congress’s Constitutional authority to oversee DOJ.
I hate Jeff Sessions.
This is exactly how it should be done. Right there after the interview, the FBI should create a detached PGP signature of the recording and copy that to a CD along with the recording to provide to the interviewee. This keeps both sides honest. Of course, we know that "honesty" and "FBI" mix like oil and water.

He is laying out in the Public eye all the ammo Flynn’s lawyer needs and the publicity on the topic to force the Judge to bitchslap them all silly.
Do any of you really expect that there has been no communication between the Judge and flynn’s lawyers IF the 302s and their revisions have NOT been turned over?

The FBI practice of not recording interviews is psychotic, and must be stopped, whatever the consequences. It is a guarantee of abuse.
And no way to defend yourself in that what they said you said................
