I was primary care-giver for a loved one with glio, and I would not wish that particular disease on any living creature.
This is a major win that aids greatly in the draining of the swamp.
In Scotusblog’s Friday Roundup, it mentions that Justice Kennedy is arguing against the Chevron doctrine where courts give deference to agency rulings. The fact that this is being brought up by the justices in this ruling indicates that this clearly wrongheaded decision may finally be overturned.

That ruling came about as a result of Reagan’s EPA granting Chevron permits to replace an existing plant’s equipment that did not meet new standards as long as emissions did not increase. The lower courts ruled against Chevron & the EPA, and the Supreme Court overturned the lower courts ruling. Thus the birth of the Chevron Deference. The head of the EPA was Anne Gorsuch, mother of Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.
