We dodged a bullet. Had she won, I could see myself actually sliding into some level of mental depression. Instead, I am the happiest I have been in years.

Perhaps someone should point out the irony that the same argument can be made against Obamacare, which Sotomayor voted for. In upholding Obamacare the court misconstrued legal precedent and turned a blind key to the pain, suffering and financial ruin Obamacare would impose on the middle class.
Thomas took the opportunity to hit against the idea that a circuit court can enjoin a law across the entire nation. Maybe more important than the immigration ruling.
