The key words in this is “MAY BE FLEEING”. Anyone could easily claim such but WITHOUT proof, it means absolutely nothing.
Once an illegal crosses the U.S. border, child or adult, together or alone as a family or somehow related, it makes no difference, the are ILLEGALS and should be grouped together and immediately be sent to whence they came, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If they are coming across the Mexican border, there only needs to be one determination made by the USA. Are the actions of the Mexican government the basis for seeking asylum? If not, the "asylum" seekers need to be turned away at the border. If they are from Honduras, Guatemala or other sh$thole country in south/central America, by the time they got to Mexico, they have already freed themselves of their alleged persecution, and it is up to Mexico to take them in.
Build the damn wall.
Until a judges is impeached, convicted, indicted, tried convicted, sentenced, and publicly hanged, these kinds of treasonous rulings will continue.
This judges ruling holds “0” weight. He can’t MAKE law.
The merits of this case were sort of adjudicated with Trumps recent travel ban. The Executive has jurisdiction. This needs to be extended now.
This also gives light to Justice Thomas’ comment about wandering jurisdiction outside of judicial regions. It’s time to settle this, too.
