Well, if there isn’t a law, that could be the good news instead of the problem. That means it’s open to disregard the arbitrary rulings of one rogue activist judge.
You or I would receive no such leniency. The judges, prosecutors, and bureaucrats would destroy our lives and throw us into prison.
And by the way, the Supreme Court simply refuses to hear 2nd Amendment cases. Justice Thomas has pointed this out on numerous occasions, and said the court considers the 2nd Amendment a "disfavored right."
Oh, well ok. Who needs laws written by the people’s representatives then.
Tomorrow a Federal Judge is going to rule that Tuesday is talking out your azz day and we all have to communicate through flatulence only.

And where in the US Constitution is this myth found? By this argument jailed suspects remanding to custody without bail prior to trail MUST be re-united with their children.

This was the point of Justice Clarence Thomas’ concurring opinion the other day - District Judges assuming Executive Branch authority and, worse yet, having it apply Nation wide. Something has to be done to curtail district court opinions from applying beyond their own districts.
Isn’t it amazing that you can bring up such perfect arguments to the insanity that is this judges ruling, yet attorney’s cannot?
There are two sides to this situation. Those that want them here and those that don’t.
So, my question is, why does the side that wants them here, always allowed to win? People say, challenge this or that in court and change the law, but while that is happening, their goals and desires are satisfied with an unending wave of 3rd world humanity, while the taxpayer gets stuck with a bill that they shouldn’t have to pay.
I’d love to drop off a family at the judges house and force him to take them in and pay their freight, in the same way that he is forcing the taxpayer to do the same.
Anyone show me where the hell does it state a family has to be kept together when they break the law by coming into the country illegally/

EXACTLY. Thousands of ‘kids’ re here without their parents. reuniting them with their parents in their home country is impossible. Records in those countries are non-existent.

Even more to the point, Justice Thomas noted how these nation-rocking decrees are often (as in this instance) made by DISTRICT judges, who should keep their noses in their own districts and not try to jump up onto the national stage. Their jurisdiction, and their interest, should remain within their own district.
Justice Thomas hinted that SCOTUS may need to stomp hard on this practice and, as usual, he is correct.

We have a lot of judges who make up law out of their own prejudices, having nothing to do with the actual language or intent of the constitution. More often than not in this era a judge who quotes the constitution or talks about a law being unconstitutional is using newspeak having nothing to do with reality. There are exceptions of course.
End the asylum program. Send them all back. That will keep families “unified”
If a few of these judges were thrown out with no pension the rest might begin to comprehend the TRUE meaning of the law! I know of no other group of people who are so convinced of their own superiority as judges. A huge percentage of them simply see themselves as gods.
