This guys an idiot.

Kennedy will be remembered almost certainly for the same sex marriage ruling above all others... For good or ill.

Him whining that other rulings since then didn’t go the way he wanted is just crap on a cracker.

By handing a president not chosen by the people a second Supreme Court nomination, Anthony Kennedy’s ultimate legacy may be the destruction of the court as we know it.

And what do you want to bet that he would have been all for Kerry getting it in 2004 if an Ohio recount gave him the electoral victory but not the popular vote. The Dems were okay with that, and pushed for a recount in Ohio, which wasn't even particularly close (18,000 votes, versus 11,000 margin for Carter in '76).

If Trump's all of those terrible things, why is the economic well-being for minorities better now than under Obama? The lowest black unemployment rate...EVER! Same true for Latinos and other minorities. Indeed, it's the lowest unemployment rate in decades.

You numbskulls have got to learn that being pro-business is not a bad thing. Evidence: Look at the economy under Obama; possibly one of the most anti-business Presidents in the history of this Republic, yet welfare roles and minority employment increased. Do the 1-percenters get richer? Yes, but so do all of the others who now have jobs.

You clowns think the only way to become better off is to take it away from someone who has more. Why not try the Republican view that grows the economic pie? Even if your share of the pie doesn't increase, you still have more to eat! A rising tide lifts all boats and you idiots can't see that.

Neither got a majority of the popular vote and Scott Lemieux wouldn’t deem them not chosen by the prople.

Minority Presidents are typical in our country. Now Democrats want to rewrite the rules because they hate Trump.

People with 15 inch necks should not be wearing shirts with 17 inch collars.

“MAGA could last 30 or 40 years. Go DJT. MAGA some more.”

Trump winning was divine intervention, no doubt in my mind. God is giving us one more chance to fight back the Sodom and Gomorrah crowd. And we are finally winning.

Wait till Buzzie and Sotomeyer drop. Chuckie wants to wait till next year. He is hoping for more senators. We now have the reason for voter turnout. This is the reason and way we trumpers save the Republic. Now we can rock with DJT.

Donald Trump’s pro-business white American nationalism

Now push back from the dinner table, Scott, and GFYS.

We the people. I believe we have free choice. We make good moral decisions, the blessings follow. A little help doesn’t hurt either.

Let the insane rants begin. Why does this “male” care about women’s agenda? Oh, I know.
Trump is going to nominate, and the Senate is going to vote to accept, and democrats are going to be popping xanax.

I have been triggered by Scott Lemieux’s leftist propaganda.

I think I’ll hunt him down and...

Throw a pie into his face.

Okay, what did you think I was going to say?

“Pro-business” has reached pejorative levels, like “racist” and “sexist”.

Only in liberal bubbles like newsrooms or college campuses.

still moaning about the electoral college . . .

My favorite retort to this moaning is to ask them to list the countries who elect their national leader by direct popular vote. They usually give me a blank stare and I tell them there is one country on the list, but there used to be two.

The one country is North Korea, the second (former) country is Iraq under Saddam.

I then tell them that if we followed the Parlimentary system practiced in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most of Europe, then George Bush would have been voted out of office in 2006.

They get this big silly smile on their face before I add "And Obama would have been voted out in 2010."

Scott was able to “marry” his “partner” due to Kennedy, what’s he complaining about?
