If I remember correctly, all paperwork generated during a firearm background check was supposed to be destroyed. Apparently it is not. It is kept maybe logged somewhere. Promises, promises.

“Not allowed.” Hmmmm. When citizens do something that is “not allowed” its generally considered to be illegal. But the government plays by different rules.
