This has to be the leakiest ship that ever attempted to float...OR, this is just another bit of fake news to put a huge wedge between the President and his base...OR, David Souter lives again...

See my tagline. I still can’t decide if I’m serious or joking.

It’s very hard to find someone who’s really strong on the 2d Amendment who isn’t really strong all across the board. Indeed, if there’s one litmus test for a really good originalist, the 2d Amendment is it.

That (Roy Moore for SC) is just plausible enough for the heads to go thermonuclear!

It amazes me to this day that we still have Freepers who take what they see on CNN and CNBC or read in the NY Slimes or the DC Compost as gospel. Haven’t we learned already?

The only downside I can see is that Judge Moore is 71 years old.

Rand Paul and Ted Cruz said they have concerns that Kavanaugh will be a Kennedy clone. By the way he’s a lifelong Catholic but has said Roe v, Wade is settled law. That’s why he’s loved by the establishment RINOs and democrats have no problem with him. In other words the “dogma’ of the Catholic Church does not mean a thing to him. He’s Washington establishment through and through and if he’s Trump’s choice I’ll damn sure be disappointed in him. Kavanaugh is another Kennedy and absolutely nothing will change on the court.

It’s OK. Trump could name his replacement during the first year of his second term should Roy want to retire!

Fake news until it comes directly from the President’s lips.

The news media is the Enemy Within and NOTHING they report is trustworthy.

Kavanaugh?

The last thing Conservatives want on the Supreme Court is someone with “mixed opinions on a wide range of issues, including President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act and Roe v. Wade.” That’s the very definition of a swing voter.

Whatever rejoicing Conservatives may have been indulging themselves in since Anthony Kennedy’s retirement will come to a screeching halt if an Anthony Kennedy clone is chosen to come swinging in to help the Court’s liberals once again find emanations and penumbras with which to distort the intended meaning of the Constitution.
