Hillary Clinton will be running in 2020. She will run until at least the day after she dies, depending on whether she has secured some supply of the magic formula described in "Death Becomes Her".
And in 2020 she will be running as the centrist in what is left of the democrat party. Everybody else will be running as a socialist or Willie Brown's former mattress bunny.
