Certainly, and that has been a given for decades - although it is possible he has been inadvertently helpful in the past. In any event, after hearing what Putin offered at the end of yesterday's meeting, I think DJT is ahead of him with regard to manipulation.
My only concern is to what extent the record of U.S. intel available to DJT has been corrupted during the past several decades. Or at least from the period commencing with the Clintons...

Yeah, but it's probably not enough to trigger a murder (Magnitsky in jail) or for Putin to be that exercised about. And, if you say the 1.5 billion mentioned is also in rubles, it becomes a believable amount of profit, but no bid deal in the hedge fund world. Maybe dollars and ruble references were mixed, or lost in translation.
Perhaps he can shed some light on this $400 million that Putin mentioned Hillary taking out of his country...in the same sentence where he mentioned Browder.
