Why cant these traitors be jailed for obstruction of justice, or aiding and abetting?
My question to our glorious Federal Government. If a State has a federal fugitive in custody, why in the hell do you let his time served run out. Go sack the illegal invading rapist as soon as he is CAUGHT!!!! Do not let these liberal enclaves to do as they please. SHeeeeeIIIIIITE
Hopefully Udiel doesn’t molest the child of someone prominent, because that might be embarrassing for the sheriff.
As long as Udiel restricts his appetite to his own ‘kind’, as it were, no one will give a Schiff and the sheriff will avoid paying the price for serving the sanctuary agenda. This time.
Does this sheriff and jailer have family or friends with small children? Well, the b#tthead is putting them all in danger just for the love of these illegal aliens. Democrat lovin' "progressives" with their head firmly lodged somewhere...
“Aguilar-Castellanos had been under an immigration detainer since the day of his arrest in September 2017.”
“MORE THAN SERVED HIS TIME” AFTER BEING ARRESTED 10 MONTHS AGO FOR SEXUAL BATTERY ON AN 11-YEAR-OLD?!?!?!
Guess judgie heard ICE was coming, and this guy’s vote is needed in November.
California Penal Code 243.4 PC defines various actions which constitute the crime of sexual battery. If you commit any of the following, you may be charged with felony or misdemeanor sexual battery in California:
Touching another person in an unlawful sexual manner while they are restrained;
Touching, in an unlawful sexual manner, a person who is medically disabled or institutionalized;
Touching another person in an unlawful sexual manner under false pretenses;
Forcing another person to touch you or another person in an unlawful sexual manner; or
Touching another person in an unlawful sexual manner without any of the aforementioned circumstances.
That really angers me.
This was Orange County, NC, not CA
Unfortunately, they're numerous.
Oops, you’re right! Sorry.
Try this from the NC penal code:
27.33. Sexual battery.
(a)
A person is guilty of sexual battery if the person, for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, engages in sexual contact with another person:
(1)
By force and against the will of the other person; or
(2)
Who is mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated,or physically helpless,and the person performing the act knows or should reasonably know that the other person is mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless.
(b)
Any person who commits the offense defined in this section is guilty of a Class A1 misdemeanor.
As bad as this case is, I still believe State’s rights supersede Federal government’s.

Ok, but I’m not convinced that the California Penal Code is relevant in Orange County, North Carolina.
