Ivanka needs to go home and raise her young children. We did not vote for her.
So, once again, the Trumps capture the daily news
What’s interesting is that the Ivanka story is consiered sound and fury but actually is just fluff that captured CNN
If any FReeper with a shred of decency wants to listen to the actual question asked, and Ivanka’s actual answer in her own words before piling onto this Ivanka hate fest, it’s easy:
Search YouTube by keywords ‘axios’ and ‘Ivanka’ - the first result in my search was a 48 minute video entitled “Ivanka Trump and EY CEO Mark Weinberger were discussing.....”
I watched the whole conversation, which was full of comments by Ivanka that were nothing but supportive of “the administration”, which she is clearly so proud to be a part of.
But if you want to skip to the point of controversy, start at minute 20:00 where she is asked for a high point and a low point in her White House experience. Listen to her actual words for 5 minutes and then honestly tell me if you still think there was anything the slightest bit disloyal about her answer. There was not.
But in case anyone wishes to continue piling on without even being willing to take 5 minutes out if their day to listen to her own words, I’ll sumarize:
She talked about how it’s difficult to pick out a high point because walking into the White House each morning and serving this administration is such an honor, etc. etc. She spends so much of her response talking about high points with the administration, the interviewer finally had to prompt her again to give a low point - AND THE INTERVIER EVEN PUT WORDS IN HER MOUTH WHAT THE LOW POINT SHOULD BE!! He says “A lot of people would say the low point was the children being seperated from their families at the border.” Ivanka agrees that this period was indeed a low point for her - but she is by no means blaming the administration for that - she says she hates to see children separated from their parents - but she says illegal immigration is complex issue, her mother was an immigrant, but came here LEGALLY. She says this is a nation of laws. She talks about coyotes, drugs, gangs, child trafficking .. She never says one single word disloyal to her father’s administration.
It was an opportunity for the left to take a couple words out of context - and FReepers fell for it.
I thnk her answer was loyal and spot on. But in order to hear it, you’ll have to venture beyond the fake news being posted here.
Shut up and go home, daughter.
Ivanka and her husband need to go back to NY and stay there. She has a negative influence on her father.
As long as it goes in one ear and out the other who cares what she says. She is not the President. Thank the Lord for that. If she wants to be stupid that is OK. There are many like her and that is pitiful.

Don’t cave ! These wetback kids are NOT OUR PROBLEM . They should have never been dragged into illegal acts by there stupid , greedy , desperate parents . Build the wall ! Let them all gather up on the southern side , craning their necks to look up towards the unscalable top ....

I have no use for those two liberal New York democrats Jared and Ivanka. They should go back to New York and live among their true friends, and stay away from the administration. We did not vote for either of them.
She’s virtue signaling; she doesn’t know what’s really going on.
Meanwhile, Trump is able to toot his own horn at the rallies, where he recounts all his great accomplishments. He really doesn’t need the fake news media at all.
Oh, and remember: the rallies are carried by LOCAL NEWS which is far more likely to give him more time and to have no follow-up or editorializing!!
