I’m sure it didn’t take them long to recover, but just the thought was funny.

I am going to go now. I think the strain of keeping my eye open and the bright screen [though toned down] is making it hurt worse. See ya tomorrow night for more fun!

Most of them calmed down fairly quickly but it took a few of them a little while. Poor Suvi took the longest to come out of hiding.
It was still hilarious when it happened, especially since they couldn’t get traction on the vinyl floor. They were scampering in place. LOL!!!

I hope your eye feels better tomorrow!

((LOL))🤣Well, thanks everybody. We've got a busy day ahead. We're going to watch for a new police scanner to arrive sometime today. Also sometime this week I expect the plumbers to arrive and take a look at the bathroom sink that is clogged up and not draining.

Sure will be nice if you’re close to the beginning of the delivery route so you won’t have to wait long for your new scanner.

Bummer about the clogged sink. Maybe the plumber will show up today, too, then then the rest of the week will be clear sailing. :-)

Hope y'all had a wonderful weekend.
And managed to deal successfully with the crazy weather.

Our weekend wasn't too bad.
We've had a nice break from the torrential downpours;
however, like many, the humidity still sucks!
Today we're back into the 90s.

We picked up two of the grandkids for the week.
May pick up another one tomorrow evening
(still waiting for confirmation).

Will have to go grocery shopping tomorrow
so they can pick out what they want to eat.
Grandson is now 14 and growing and always hungry.

Will be gone by the time many of you get here.
But please stay right where you are.
Chat up the military or a family member.
No need to fret...you know I'll be back!

Come in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea,
pancakes, conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS
