Throw a rock over a fence and the dog that yelps is the one that got hit.
threatens our democracy
Well we are not a democracy but how ironic and hypocritical for the very group of people that help to undermine our Constitutional Republic to whine about it.
They may or may not be the enemy of the people but they are certainly the enemy of the truth.
True reporters, far and few these days, not at all. Sadly most are political activists...leftist activists who call themselves journalists and congratulate eachother when they destroy a political enemy or further a leftist cause.
So blatently obvious these days. If they had any morals they might feel embarrassed.
Yes.
They are 1/3 of the enemies. The other 1/3 is prog/commie dim politicians (willing tools). The other 1/3 is the folks who, not only allow but, support illegal invaders into our country.
Modern journalism in this country is all about spiking any story that is embarrassing or harmful to the Dem Party.
I’d rather call them “delusional opposition” to Trump. “Enemy of the people” has a very dark connotation.
Journalists are not the enemies of illegals and other criminals, of rapists, of druggies, of murderers, or of welfare parasites. They are, however, the enemies of productive American people and of those who are completely innocent, including the unborn.
The 90% of them who are Leftists definitely are enemies of the people.
Arguably we are not discussing journalists, but Left-wing propagandists.
But, then real journalists (like Michael Yon) are few and far between.
Enemies of the people? That’s pretty nebulous.
However, they do support violent, socialist Antifa, other domestic organizations that are socialist/communist and they support foreign totalitarian communist regimes in Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, etc. And all these groups hate and oppose the US Constitution.
So while they may or may not be enemies of the people, they act like and sound like domestic enemies of the Constitution.
It may be worth pointing out that millions of people in this country have taken an oath to support the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic. I suggest to the media, if you don’t want to be called it, don’t be it. :-)

Definitely they are the enemies of the truth.
No. But the conmen (and conwomen) who serve the Democrat Party by blasting forth its propaganda on the "Newsmedia" are Enemies of the People.
Are Policemen the Enemy of the People?
Hell NO! But corrupt, crooked cops are the Enemy of the People.
Are FBI Agents the Enemy of the People?
Hell NO! But corrupt, crooked, politicized FBI Agents are the Enemy of the People.
You have to think about the term “Enemy Of The People” I view them as the enemy trying to destroy our president and his successes. I am one of the people. I think you can factually say the press is the “Enemy Of Many Of The People.”
Mike Wallace and Peter Jennings ‘Journalists first, Americans second’
1987

Mike Wallace shamed Peter Jennings (then a Canadian) in agreeing they would watch and film a massacre of US troops if they had foreknowledge of the attack from the enemy. Have to remain impartial, y’see.
Now ask yourself if they are enemies if the American people?

Some are some aren’t.
There are so many examples of lying from the corrupt news media and it is always in favor of hobbling the United States.
