A list of the most insensately hateful people in the country could never be reduced to ten, or even a thousand. Most of them do not have much public exposure, and those that do are pretty much second-raters anyway - Maxine Waters? Please. Waters is a particularly stupid parrot incapable of any independent thought, however malignant. Most of the hatred resides in academia; some in the media (especially at the editorial level), the rest as anonymous actors whose only visibility is when they bushwhack some poor soul for being of improper race, sex, ethnicity, or political alignment. Those swim under the surface but are no less evil, and now and then they emerge wearing face masks and jackboots shrieking obscenities at their target of the moment. Stay armed, stay safe.
