This may be somewhat of an improvement. Just requiring a letter from a professional would have spared me a recent Southwest flight with yowling restless “support” cat under my seat. Before, a tearful assertion that Fifi was a “support animal” was sufficient.

Goodness. . .with all the livestock on-board we are now officially part of the third-world with a third world airline. And miniature horses? Really?

If you literally need a pony for emotional support, you’re too dangerous to be allowed to board an airplane.
It’s time for people whose mental problems are out in the open to suffer the consequences of those problems themselves rather than to force everyone else to suffer them involuntarily.
This goes for people who need emotional support animals so badly they need to travel with them, as well as all those jerks who need safe spaces when exposed to uncomfortable ideas, and men who want to be perceived by others as women, and anyone else whose mental problem is far advanced enough to be a problem to any unfortunate who may cross their path.

Sorry but that animal is a hazard to other passengers. You cant put a bag on the floor where that animal stands, why would you be able to keep a HORSE there?
Oh brother......
