The unannounced meetings followed two Israeli air strikes on weapons stores near Damascus a fortnight ago. Israel has repeatedly warned it will take action to prevent advanced or chemical weapons being transferred to the Syrian regime’s Lebanese ally, Hezbollah, or falling into the hands of jihadist groups fighting alongside the Syrian opposition.
According to a report in the Israeli paper Yedioth Ahronoth, the visit stemmed from “the American fear of escalation in the region against the backdrop of [Hezbollah leader Hassan] Nasrallah’s threats to act against Israel in the Golan Heights and the American sense that Israel is disappointed by the ineffectuality of the Obama administration with regard to the ongoing deterioration in Syria. He lied to Congress under oath at lteast twice: when he testified that the government wasn’t collecting information on American citizens and when he testified that the dossier had nothing to do with the Carter Page FISA application.

All of those are good reasons to take his clearance.

I was surprised to see Eli Lake hammering Brennan on CNN yesterday. The CNN info babe just nodded along and did not add anything to what he was saying.

Revoking the security clearances of those who no longer need them is spot on as well. He needs to do more house cleaning. The barky years were an open door to spies, communists, socialists, crooks and miscreants to the Constitution and individual Freedom of every stripe.
Every single flag officer appointed during the barky administration needs to be examined carefully and replaced where found lacking or holding values in conflict with the Constitution or military order. Any proponent of social engineering needs to go immediately. There are plenty of good and capable O-5 and O-5 candidates to lead. Clean house starting with that fairy leading the USCG as one example.
Problem is all the other leftists who still have their clearance will just leak to Brennan and the MSM

Time to drastically reduce clearances to only the select few with a need to know.
Brennan is an evil schmuck. He is involved in the fake Steele dossier up to his eyeballs. He is an avowed communist, who disavowed his christian religion for Islam. He has committed perjury, he is a leeker. Great that Trump took away his security clearance. Now, hopefully, Trump will do the same to the rest of the scum.
I THINK Brennan was the CIA chief in that area when Benghazi went down.
I also believe him to be far more then just that... He IS the enemy that our country fears most... The clandestine insider, the quisling, the trained spy that happens to be a double agent working for your enemy.... That's Brennen..in spades.... And I'm sure he isn't the only one..... :(
