This is why comedy is dead. I doubt half the idiots watching SNL now could even understand the sentences, much less the ideas which Dan Akroyd was so erudite in elucidating.

Dan Akroyd's unforgivable sin was that he made the conservative funny while making actual points that a conservative would make against the obvious issues with a liberal.
