They do anything grab that judge and drag him through the streets.
Here in Commiefornia, NO MORE BAIL necessary..if you are arrested for rape, murder, burglary, drug crimes, no more bail because our a-hole Governor says that bail is racist and now its even steven, California is a lost cause and so is New Mexico..will just sit back and wait for the BOOM to happen
I think the Feds were running this camp. That’s why they screwed up on filing charges.
If it comes out that some Federal agency was running this camp, they will just say it was an undercover operation to draw out terrorists, never mind the dead kid.

One has to have an IQ less than 70 to say “conspiracy theory” and mean it.
This might be due to an incompetent prosecutor. I think these 3 were charged with something like trespassing as an excuse to hold them. All that was required was a 10 minute hearing and some paperwork. Technically, the defendants can still be indicted and tried for whatever crimes the evidence supports. Letting these loose means they will not be seen again until the next crime wave.
It has been obvious from the beginning that these terrorist’s are being protected by the Federal Government. What better way to set them free.
This is the speedy trial rule.
This is an interesting way to let critters like this off the hook.
They must be guilty of squatting on someone’s land. Arrest them for trespassing and run them out of the country or force them to move some place where they can be kept track of and pay for housing like everyone else. They must pick land to settle on out in the middle of nowhere that they assume is owned by the government and probably is. It true, the government needs to become better landlords and prohibit squatting on OUR LAND!
Yeah, lefty judges were going to let them off anyway.
I hope this judge has to deal with nothing but appeals on the ‘10-day rule’ for the rest of his term as a judge.
