Yeah, the entire government bureaucracy is bloated, corrupt and incompetent - but that’s not why Hillary Clinton will avoid prison.
She will avoid prison because imprisoning political leaders for political related crimes is bad for peaceful transition of power.
If the DOJ of a winning politician (Donald Trump) can put a losing politician (Hillary Clinton) in prison, the 50% of the people that voted for her will claim it was politically motivated, and there would be no way to prove otherwise.
Trump could totally clean up the DOJ and appoint superman as AG and still, Hillary Clinton would walk free.
Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama and his entire cabinet are guilty of the most agregious political crimes, and the appropriate punishment is the one meted out by We the People: banishment from positions of power - they should never win another election.
Trump is carrying out the proper sentence for these scoundrels - he is destroying their political brand. Anyone expecting them to be locked up is in for bitter disappointment - it’s never going to happen.
Everyone hating Jeff Sessions for not litigating this is missing the big picture - this is a political battle, not a legal one.
Until the swamp is drained...no more Senators for AG.
