Perhaps the Congress should call S.C. Justice Roberts in, under oath, in a private setting and ask “What the hell is going on?”
There’s certainly some responsibility there.
Under Separation of Powers, the judiciary won’t be compelled to explain anything.
Hopefully a sane majority in Congress will seek to amend or end how FISA operates while or during the time that justice is being served those who have been involved in illegal FISA activity. My expectations are low here considering how DC operates.

The Deep State goons are never going to turn on each other, ever. A new AG must appoint a special prosecutor from outside the US government and give them free reign with a command, find the abuses of power in the CIA, FBI, DOJ, etc... and prosecute regardless of position or consequences to them or their agencies. Right now no juror on a federal jury should believe anything presented by a DOJ prosecutor or testimony or evidence from the FBI, CIA, etc... they have no credibility and are behaving like a criminal organization.

Or.. Roberts has been part of a Deep State cabal all along and is happily fulfilling their mission. Either way.. there has been something sinister at work for a very long time.. It’s weird having a debate with my parents who think Nixon should burn in hell over Watergate, and asking them why there was nothing wrong, to them, with the Obama Administration spying on the Trump campaign. Their answer: “Well, there was some suspicion that Trump’s people were in involved with the Russians.” Using that standard, virtually every Democrat politician could have, should have, been spied on - but they were not. Why?
IIRC he recused himself because he had a long time personal relationship with Peter Strzok.
I don’t think the attendees to McCain’s funeral is an indication of the swamp. After all Melanie and Ivanka were there.
