The trick to a Grand Jury Subpoena, is simply when you are sworn in "Do you Mr/Mrs Citizen, swear or affirm to tell the whole truth, nothing but the truth etc." Your REPLY should be "I refuse to answer, and invoke my 5th Amendment right."
