Thanks, Travis, for reminding us of the Cross Border Authority denial. Brennan and Clapper were in the Situation Room when the President was photographed sitting there in white golf shirt and jacket. Don’t you think they could have convinced the President to give the order?
I still don’t know what Ambassador Stevens was tasked to do in that godforsaken hellhole. Whatever it was must be the reason no rescue was ordered.
I did see this article a few days ago, but thanks to Lucy T, I am posting it for all. For me, Benghazi still rankles and I hope we find out what happened. Why haven’t those “rescued” employees been interviewed? It is way past time for the truth to come out.

Given a choice between a regime that’s either friendly, neutral, or potentially slightly-hostile to this country, and a regime that’s virulently anti-American, The Won would always choose the latter.
Hussein wouldn’t tell the truth (about his and The Beast’s part in the murder of FOUR AMERICANS in Benghazi) if his life depended on it. Both of them should be tried for murder.

Barry keeps bringing up both Benghazi and he phony BC in the same breath! Can he be more obvious that he feels most vulnerable about these two issues?
He won in 2012 only by covering up the truth to the American people on both of these issues.
