He says she's the one who colluded with the Russians and she did it through a law firm so it wouldn't be tied to her directly. Whoopie Goldberg's response: "Do you think y’all knowingly lied to the American people?" one of the "View" hosts, actress Whoopi Goldberg, asked Manigault Newman on the show.
