Escalating from a prank to alleged rape.
These are the same people who lionized real life rapist Bill Clinton and sexual abuser NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
When they did it in office. But Kavanaugh was an alleged rapist 35 years ago. Talk about a low blow.
And once they rip your character to shreds, where do you go to get it back?
Dear Judge Kavanaugh,
As you are about to find out, it doesn’t matter anymore. Guilt first, trial later. Look no further than what the so called Deep State is attempting to do to Donald Trump with the help of friendly judges. The Deep State is completely insulated from the Democratic processes of this country. They exist ad infinitum.
You sir may survive confirmation. But just as soon as the dems get back into power they will use this baseless allegation to appoint a “special prosecutor” to come after you and remove you. Make bank on it.
And it isn’t just you. Now in this country there is only one acceptable system of belief and that is the statist/totalitarian system. Enemies are eliminated by receiving the following “justice:”
1. An allegation fabricated out of thin air of some crime or not even a crime but it sure does sound bad.
2. Lacking any probable cause, statements that the allegations are so serous that they warrant an investigation are now deemed a probable cause substitute. Also there will be an admission that there is no evidence but with the cavaet of “at this time.” Protestations of innocence will be labelled, “obstruction.”
3. If a democrat is in power the Justice Department investigates. If not, then the DOJ is isolated and a “special prosecutor” comprising a hostile enemy is appointed or it is farmed out to a local US Attorney (in a blue state). Alternatively, they go with the local level where they just have a blue state Attorney General or local one do the job.
4. They turn the screws on friends, neighbors and family to get them to fabricate whatever is needed. Whatever is needed is whatever crime they can find. Whatever is told is whatever it takes to stop the prosecutors from jailing these people for life.
5. Soon enough, the original charge is long forgotten and a new one is used to criminalize you.
Show them the man or woman, they will find the crime.
Judge Kavanaugh, you have been shown to the democrats, they are finding the crime. It may be better if you withdraw because once you are confirmed, then they will not let up until you are in jail. If you leave now, they are probably done with you.
