I bet he has a simple reason to explain how he knows he did not attend the party. He never went to any organized party in a two story house. I have done my share of reckless partying in my youth, but never attended an organized large party in high school full of underage drinking. I would bet half the population hasn’t.
I drank four times while in college: as a freshman, as a sophomore, as a junior, and while a senior.
He was a football player at an exclusive school. He probably could go to any party he wanted to.
I wasn’t much of a party goer in high school, but even I was aware of some things that happened at some of them and who was involved.
I wander if that is what Kavanaugh was hinting at.

Ford’s letter states she received medical treatment regarding the assault. When, where, would be a paper trail and parents permission to treat involved at 15? The paperwork for medical treatment would at the least provide a chronology.

If you were to tell me I was a party in a frat house where there was a sexual assault in my college years I would be hard pressed 20+ years later to remember if I was at that house, that weekend, that month or even that semester.
If you were to ask me where I was some weekend in 1985, unless it landed me in the ER due to a ski accident, I would be drawing a complete blank.

Guys, LISTEN TO THE STORY. There are THREE PEOPLE that Blasey-Ford mentioned in it. Her, Kavanaugh and Kavanaugh’s friend, Mark Judge. That is a HUGE MISTAKE on her part. Judge has already said nothing like that happened just like Kavanaugh has but Kavanaugh is saying he wasn’t even at the party and mentioning it as having happened 36 years ago. THAT MEANS JUDGE WAS THERE AND HE HAS TOLD KAVANAUGH WHEN IT WAS!
This is huge for our side and it’s probably why DiFi isn’t returning calls and trying to wash her hands of Ford-Blasey and her lawyer. If Judge testifies that Kavanaugh was, indeed, not there and confirms other aspects of her story then it 100% exculpates Kavanaugh! It also destroys Ford-Blasey’s credbility and while she’ll try to hem and haw on the stand about not knowing where it was and when, Mark Judge will be able to say exactly where it was and that his friend was not there. By confirming other details, such as where the country club was and whose house it was, Ford-Blasey’s entire story will fall apart.

Not necessarily weird. Brett Kavanaugh may be every bit of the straight arrow he claims to be. All other testimony to his character and reputation seem to bear this out, and he had not appeared to have participated in these drunken orgies so described by the accuser.
The accuser, on the other hand, apparently had led a very dissolute life both before and after this supposed incident, drinking alcohol and participating in revelry unbecoming of a female in early puberty. There may have been multiple attempts to “steal the fruit” by any number of Brett Kavanaugh’s contemporaries, but nothing, NOTHING, links Brett Kavanaugh directly, other than this assertion by someone who admits to being under the influence of alcohol at the time.
She’s probably talking about the 2012 counseling as “medical treatment.”
Looks like the Dems played the “She’s above question, she has a vagina” card, and lost.
