Her lawyer is already demanding an FBI investigation. I think she’ll bail. Kavanaugh apparently has exculpatory evidence PROVING he wasn’t there so she’s kind of up Schitz Creek.
The accuser needs to prove her case beyond a reasonable doubt, the same standard for a criminal case in a court of law. That’s where this should have gone years ago if the accuser was really serious about her accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.

I think you’re right. She’s probably been thinking about her trip since July, when she mailed her note to Feinstein.
She will give her story and he will give his side and there will be no evidence to prove one way or the other that she is lying and he’s telling the truth. So at the end of the day Kavanaugh is still going to be damned by innuendo and a substantial percentage of people in this country will believe he attempted an assault. But at least he’ll be on the court.
