Saving this thread to send to some burger defilers I know.
Jack cheese and jalepeno slices are fun but the best is the cafe classic seared in bacon grease or beef fat on a grill with buttered, grilled buns, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, mustard and just a wee dab of ketchup.
