Whichever way he votes, he will hold the official record for having a last name that most describes the man...a flake.
I'm sure that Senator Grassley is at least as aware of the critical deadlines as the Democrats are. What makes it nerve-wracking is Senator Grassley's reputation of backing down but don't get too upset over meaningless delays. Grassley doesn't have a big margin on this vote, so he has to appear reasonable to keep wavering votes on board.
GOP denies me a wall and a Justice Kavanaugh; my family denies them votes in November.
Her mentor..note the similarities. Also she died in a car accident in 2002. Ford wants to drive from KA to DC.

Because everybody knows death threats are only valid Sunday thru Wednesday.
Actually I suspect he's still in the closet. Not that here's anything wrong with that. ;-)
If Grassley can let it stretch out through the week and into the next week, I believe that according to Senate rules and procedures the Kavanaugh nom is finished. I think he is hoping to do this. Whether he does probably depends at least some on how he responds to pressure from the President. If he can get it to just slide off the table like that then the Republicans can breathe a sigh of relief that the Trump phenomenon has been crippled.
Flake and Corker are already back in the fold. There will be 50 GOP votes for Kavanagh. 2-3 Rem votes.
Grassely is ahead by a field goal and running out the clock with 15 seconds left in the game.
If K is blown off then the Republicans probably lose the House in November. If the Democrats gain three or four inthe Senate they will have effectively 60 votes for Conviction after the House impeaches. There are quite enough Republicans who will gladly go with the Will of the People as supposedly expressed in the midterms and vote with the Democrats to get rid of this annoying President and get back to their lucrative careers as Congressmen/Lobbyists.
McConnell made an unequivocal statement yesterday that “Kavanaugh will sit on the SCOTUS”.
I don’t think McConnell would do that unless it were a done deal.
What’s happening now is just for appearances’ sake.
Tucker was wrong and what he said has been thoroughly debunked.
A perfect example of the nonsense that you find on TV and the Internet. This is BS.
Justice Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7, 2017 and he was sworn in on April 10, 2017. He participated in oral arguments on April 18, 2017 in the case of Ricky Henson, et al., petitioners v. Santander Consumer USA Inc. The case was decided on June 12, 2017 with Mr. Gorsuch writing the majority opinion.
So knock this off, it only takes a few minutes to discover a few simple facts like this.
The Supreme Court Docket for Arguments in October, 2018 can be found here:

Kavanaugh might miss a few of these, but so what?
Baloney
The Chester Lott-led Senate that refused to try Bill Clinton's impeachment is still the league leader with this current McConnell-led Senate a close second. It takes a lot to overcome Lott's infamous words to Henry Hyde and the House impeachment managers when they first met about the trial.
"Henry, you're not going to dump this garbage on us."Not that they aren't trying really hard to find a way to take over that top spot with the continual caving.
Six months enough? Maybe nine? 35 more years? Please, take your time before you explain your claim that a man is a sexual predator. What’s the rush?
He is? Huh.
Flake’s ACU rating is 92% for 2017 and 93% lifetime. This year’s score puts him at #5 in the Senate for most conservative.
Please post the current deadline.
.... wrong.
