To some extent. Many guys put the business in the wives names but it only works if the women has no other job and actually is involved in running the business.

I was actually born a poor black child and know the troubles of my tribe.
Being disenfranchised at the age of 9, losing my last name due to being adopted by "Duh Man", my Dad, and taking on his last name, which caused an appendix to mine and sublimating my identity with a complete loss of that identity as a black man under the law.
There is an asterisk on line 18 of Birth Certificate indicating adoption and my "New Assigned" identity....
