She’s a DA/prosecutor. How does that translate to defendant’s attorney? I actually don’t know; does that happen often? Is it successful?

Dershowitz on Tucker just said what I posted a day or two ago. That is that Rachel Mitchell is a prosecutor and Dershowitz thinks she’ll fail as a defense attorney and not be a good attorney for Kavanaugh.
