As I recall vividly in the Clarence Thomas confirmation debacle, on the Saturday that Thomas testified in rebuttal, outside the hearing room the Anita Hill forces held a press conference and announced that she had passed a polygraph. They never released the questions or any of the supporting data, yet the press reported that she had "passed a polygraph exam." What they should have reported is that "her backers held a press conference and claimed that she had passed a polygraph exam."
One of the bigger problems with an issue like this is the general public doesn't know what evidence is. They don't know the rules of evidence that apply in courtrooms, and they do not understand hearsay limitations.

Why release this before she testifies, if she in fact does testify?

No matter how much proof of Kavanaugh innocence is provided, it will amount to nothing to the Dems and the MSM.
I would count on that. Figuring it is a trap laid for prezactly that reason...instant refutation once the accuser imagines a date.

Its no surprise he wouldn’t chart any sketchy acts - so I don’t know what this proves - just seems to open all sorts of avenues for speculation - and more avenues to drag this out.
If he was forced to give them up - fine - but sounds like they thought volunteering this would be exculpatory.

You know, people (the left) keep laughing saying “who kept a calendar of events and saves it from back then?!” Well, I did, too. Y’all remember those little Hallmark calendars they put out every year? I kept one of those in my purse and notebook every year. I kept track of all of cheer practices, games, dates, birthdays, special dates *wink wink*, etc. I’m sure I still have all of mine in my parents attic!
