Schumer has crossed his wires with Feinstein, who came out earlier and said the FBI report should be kept secret to protect the names of people who talked.

She wants it private, so she can lie about it in public. Just like Schiff did on the Russia stuff.

True, and i believe that 2 or more RED state RATS are going to flip, which is why there is so much bluster right now. I think we have the votes and Flake gets fuc*ed 3 ways from sideway by all this. One can hope.

"Why are our Republican colleagues so afraid of making this public?" he asked.

WTF? Did I not just read an article that said DiFiChi was requesting that the report not be made public?

Each copy of the report should have some unique piece of info embedded, so as to ID whomever the leakers will be. And we know it’ll be leaked.

[He added, “that’s the way these reports are always handled.”]

That’s the reason why AMERICA is in the shape it is in - hide wrong doing under the carpet.

Only Senators may get a copy, but good or bad (especially if bad), it will be leaked almost immediately.

This report will stay secret forever. We can trust the Senate and their staff to never leak a word.

You’re probably right. At this point the rats would anticipate a trap and do a side by side compare of each copy before leaking anyway.

"Flake is a NO vote You might as well face it"

So he doesn't want any stinking business or friendly neighbors back home?

Jeff Flake: I Will Vote to Confirm Brett Kavanaugh
Breitbart
by Sean Moran
September 28, 2018
[Excerpt from Jeff Flake's written statement, emphasis in bold mine:]
What I do know is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. That is what binds us to the rule of law. While some may argue that a different standard should apply regarding the Senate’s advice and consent responsibilities, I believe that the constitution’s provisions of fairness and due process apply here as well.

I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.

[Coon's reaction as quoted in the article.]
"CNN reports that when Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) heard the news of Flake’s decision, his immediate response was, 'Oh f*ck.'"

The scenario is worse for Democrats. They're expecting Judge Kavanaugh to be confirmed.

Why didn't he just announce that he arranged for the Democrats to have a field day telling lies about what's in the report the FBI produces?

That's what not making the results public amounts to.

So the left will make up things and claim the report says things... Redact the names and release...

The Rats will leak only if the leaks can be spun to benefit them. Otherwise the report goes down the old rathole.
