You mean the same tax “dodges” the Schultzburger family has no doubt used to pass the NY Times down through generations without paying estate taxes. Or the Kennedys or any large family farmer or business owner with an tax accountant that is worth anything.

I’m an Estate Planning attorney, and was a CPA doing taxes for about 15 years. In my experience, most people simply do not understand how the Estate/Gift Tax system works, nor the PERFECTLY LEGAL means that many wealthy people use to reduce or eliminate future taxes for their heirs.
I’m not going to read the NY Slimes article - given their record, plus the fact that estates the size of Fred and Mary Trump’s are almost certain to have been closely examined by the IRS, I presume that everything was done legally, given the laws on the books at the time. One thing that I know is that the Trump family has long used the highest quality tax and legal advisors, and that they’d be the biggest fools in the world to cheat (when they can and do make so much money in a perfectly legitimate manner).
Here’s the summary: If it has “New York Times” in the by-line, and it involves Donald Trump or his family, then the information which follows is a fictional as Snow White.
This is really going to tick Trump off. I hope he goes after the ruthless players with a vengance

Now that these investigative reporters are finished with this one they can find Obama’s birth certificate, why he had a foreign student ID in college, and why one can enter Congress with a modest income on retire as multi-millionaires.
