Who do they think they're kidding? I might have been born at night, but it wasn't last night. Ford happens to be staying with her friend Monica in Delaware when she writes her letter to Feinstein. That's why, despite the fact that when they met in person, Rep. Eschoo told her to write a letter to Feinstein. That was on July 20th. I was wondering why it took her until the 30th to actually do it. That's the letter's date, and the date it showed up in Eshoo's office, and was delivered to Feinstein's office the same day. Ford waited to write it until she was at Monica's home. The 30th is the day Ford's grandmother died. How did the letter get to Eshoo's office on the 30th? Was it hand delivered by someone?

It all makes perfect sense that the polygraph was administered the day after her grandmother was buried. Ford claims she couldn't remember what day it was. But the fact that she was crying at the time it was being taken, is probably one of the ways to fool a polygraph. Rachel Mitchell said a grieving person should not be given a polygraph, but I don't think Ford was grieving so much for her grandmother, rather she had to work herself up into an emotional state so she could fool the polygraph. After all, the two questions she was asked were far from specific, and we still don't know how many times they tried the test until she passed it. Hanafin needs to be interviewed. I don't trust him either. He was an FBI agent in the same Department as Peter Strzok. I thought the connection might have been through Strzok, and/or his sister Jill since she worked with Ford's brother Thomas. But since McLean's name has been thrown into the fray, and the fact that she was an FBI agent until 2016, the suspicion of McLean getting Hanafin to do the test is even more suspect.

"Well, now that we have the rules defined by the Kavanaugh Fiasco.... ....Prove you didn’t, McClean."

And I want to know how many beers she drank in high school, and college, and whether she ever passed out/blacked out, and couldn't remember what happened. And I want to see her calendars too.

Lawyer speak. She may not have coached her but per the question from Mitchell, did provide “tips” on how the process worked...

They are creating another issue for the mere purpose of extending the delay in the confirmation vote...even if this doesn’t include Kavanaugh as a part of the issue, they will open up a new rabbit hole “that we need more information on” in order to delay one more time.

Ford’s team said she was the woman from the letter. How’d they know that if the coaching never happened?

I think I understand what you are getting at there, but Monica McLean was named in the boyfriends letter and that's how they would know that.

She actually was named in the letter, at least the copy that was released today.

I just assume the woman didn’t remember, because for her it was a “normal thing”, and who remembers “normal things”, is what I’ve been told by Ford and her attorneys.

The boyfriend, on the other hand, witnessed something he thought was strange, and that is why he remember it, right?

Ford’s entire argument has been that you can’t trust people who “don’t remember” something happening, only those who remember it.

Also, it doesn’t appear that this other woman actually submitted an under-oath denial to the FBI or anything.

"According to reports, McClean retired after Trump was elected (2016) and now lives in Rehoboth, DE."

Where is where Dr. Ford testified she was staying when she wrote the letter to Feinstein.

Because she acted like a polygraph was some sort of great mystery, and it’s covered in any first year Psychology test. I latched right onto her admissions about the polygraph, why she would even take one is a mystery since they are considered pseudo-science by the psychology profession. She would have known that (again covered in PSYCH 101.)

Polygraphs (law enforcement has moved away from the term “lie detector”,) are mainly an prop to get the subject to behave honestly or force a confession. They are firmly in the realm of psuedo-Psychology something the professor would know a lot about.

Notice the wording. She is saying Ford never helped her with a polygraph. If she was asked the reverse is SHE helps Ford with a polygraph then she would be cooked.

"Then how did the boyfriend know Ms Mclean had an FBI Polygraph. Is he psychic?"

The ex-boyfriend's letter said she was preparing to apply for Government positions, which require polygraph tests.

Actually, you are right, and wrong. Right, in that the boyfriend was NOT claiming that the coaching was wrong, or bad.

But wrong, ,in that Ford testified under oath that she had never spoken to anybody ABOUT taking a polygraph test.

And the denial by McClain, which could just be a lie, could also be worded just well enough to be denying COACHING to beat the test, without actually denying that they DISCUSSED taking a polygraph test.

Now, how did the boyfriend know that McClain had to take a polygraph, if he didn’t hear them discussing it?

ANd if they DISCUSSED the polygraph, Ford lied in her testimony.

"I have never had Christine Blasey Ford..."

She wasn't Christine Blasey Ford when she did the coaching. She was Christine Blasey. Clinton speak.

This is the part that caught my attention:

MITCHELL: Is the letter accurate?
FORD: I’ll take a minute to read it.

She said she had to read it to determine if it was accurate.

She’s going to take a other polygraph to back up her claim.
