When my Grandmother was that age, her skin was so dry and thin that sometimes the slightest movement would cause her fingers to crack and bleed.

No, I can't, because neither of them would have stood strong with Kavanaugh as President Trump did. Kavanaugh would have withdrawn. And both Bushes would have accepted it. By Trump never waivering, Kavanaugh knew he had a steadfast man at his back and didn't feel the pressure to withdraw. Just astonishing.

Weird because in a way this was a W appointment. Kav worked for him. W was making calls to support him. Kav’s wife was W’s secretary in Texas and the White house House.
