Well, not so much “run” as hobble.

Hillary Clinton will not run in 2020. She will be drafted within a month of the election so she doesn’t have to raise money, debate or go on the road and campaign. Nor will she have to run ads. The MSM will play her up as a reluctant warrior and a hero who is sacrificing her personal life to come in and help solve America’s problems.
Whoever the nominee is prior to this will suddenly take ill and whoever the VP is will gladly stay on as VP.
Thing is, if I was Hillary’s campaign chairman in 2016, this is exactly how I would have done it. I would have let Bernie run with the nomination and then leaked information about his wife’s impending indictment.
Sure, she can barely stand.
She will keep on trying to run until she is tried and possibly convicted. Her elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top.

If she does run I think she will probably see it as a way to avoid arrest and jail. How can Trump have her arrested if she is a candidate? Bad optics. Just lock her up already before she declares.
Or has Portman as a guest in the Lincoln Bedroom.

She doesn’t have any Get Out of Jail Free Cards stacked in the deck anymore. The Monopoly is over.

If she can pull off the illusion of being in good health, she just may be deluded enough to give it another try in 2020. If she does run, I don’t see her lasting longer than the first few primaries. She won’t have the backing of the party, the “Me too” movement wants no part of her, and she’s much too old for millennials to take her seriously.
Her Bill problem will overshadow her health problems.
