it’s not staged it’s really happening to break the USA.
A mob this size 10k or so currently, even unarmed, my guess is it will break into lesser groups nearer to the boarder and come in a more than one point.
We are at undeclared war with mexico and S.America imo, because they are already forming more groups to come soon. (articles on FR about it)
Each wave is breaking the USA more and more. Border patrol is already handling thousands per month.

Because it’s organized, routed, and funded by those whose goal it is to overwhelm our borders, it’s an invasion. I don’t have a clue why the Trump Administration hasn’t figured out who’s orchestrating this and haul them off to Guantanamo.
Nothing will work as long as we accept the notion that anyone can claim “asylum”. Put the entire military on the border if you want. Build a hundred foot wall. If claiming “asylum” gets you a free ride to the nearest bus station and a free ticket to Anywhere USA... and it does... then nothing will stop this. There is no border. Soros knows it, the organizers know it, and the marchers know it.
Unless Trump is prepared to declare an emergency and take this to the Supreme Court, and dare Congress to impeach him, those people are coming in. Just like most of the other illegals have come in despite all the histrionics to the contrary.
