The US Marines must invade Hondouras and allow the establishment of a military government. The criminals must be rooted out and killed.
Until the cancer is excised from Hondouras, the security problem for the United States will persist. Money will not solve the problem. Troops on theground and a military governor are the olny real solution.

The Latin Invading Expeditionary Force has now reached the size of a military DIVISION. The Mexicans are apparently giving them maps of Texas. It is said that enough Mexicans are joining them as they march north that they will number FIVE MILITARY DIVISIONS by the time they reach America! Can they be stopped??
I would call in the military and I would seal off the border. I would close up the border.
If the President plans on sending in active duty military (such as the 82nd Airborne) I would expect a nation wide address first.
So I am waiting word that the President has asked for network time (although in this day and age it is not really necessary other than to show how serious he is).
The military (even with plans in place) still need time to mobilize and move so I would expect anywhere between now and about seven day for an announcement if he is in fact going to put the Army on the border.
