For those of you who are confused. The United States was intended to be a constitutional republic. That is what it says in the Constitution. However, the progressives that followed passed the 12th and the 17th amendment FUNDAMENTALLY changed the Republic into a Democracy.

Seems like an internet screed. No facts and reason. We have a hundred million gun owners who will not be dictated to. That alone will prevent a dictatorship. If we can ever get our school systems back under control of the parents (via school vouchers, homeschooling, and charter schools) then the next generation will be intelligent enough to detect and kick out the liars in government and the media.
