Yeah....because someone doing such nefarious things....is going to tweet out to who’ve they’ve sent something to.

That’s interesting. So I’m assuming this man was contacted by the FBI on or around 09/11 of this year.
If you read his educational bio on LinkedIn, it is obvious he didn’t major in English.
